Students and parents need to sign this form each year indicaating their agreement with the policies stated in the ICS Parent/Student Handbook. This form is available during fall orientation. Completed forms are to be submitted to the office.
Island Christian School asks parents to consider giving yearly permission for us to use photos of our students. Please download, print and sign the form if you give ICS permissino to use your child's photo in press releases and on our web site.
These are the types of books which need to be read for students in grades 9-12. Printed reports are to be handed to the teacher on these dates.

Vista users will need to save the files to the hard drive and open through office/word. Older versions of Windows should be able to open from the download.
Excuse notes - need to be submitted to the office when a student returns to school after being absent.
Book reports - Students in grades 7-12 are required to submit 6 book reports during the year. Each class has a specific type of book to read with due dates announced in English classes.
Transcript Request Form - seniors will use this form to have the ICS office send official transcripts to colleges and scholarship organizations.
