Junior High Book Reports

Students need to download these files and complete the reports for their English class. Teachers require all reports to be typed on these forms. Vista users will need to save the files to the hard drive and open through office/word. Older Window users should be able to open the files directly from the down load.

Senior High Book Reports

The following files are the book report forms which need to be used in grades 9 - 12 for all English classes. Vista users will need to save the files to the hard drive and open from office/word. Older versions of Windows should be able to open the files directly from the download. Students must complete the forms and submit printed versions by announced due dates.
